Summary

I’m a graphic designer who’s known for being a bit blunt (that's Yorkshiremen for you) and being a fixer that gets stuff done. Usually I get recommended to people when they have a project that's too important to fail and they need it to go well right from the very start, or I get called in at the 11th hour to take it over from whoever's previously been working on a job and rescue it from the jaws of disaster. Typically we work with senior people in large corporates on important programmes. They're frustrated by the lack of thought and quality of work created by their internal marketing / design departments (or their usual external design agency) and don't have the time or patience to hand-hold them through endless rounds of amends, just to end up with something that's 'passable' at best. They need their project to be a success (both internally and externally) and need someone to challenge and support them, ensuring it gets done and done properly. We focus on helping B2B corporates, particularly in the UK (where we're based in London) and USA, with their complex and challenging problems. Working with companies such as BCG, London City Airport, Omdia (part of Informa), Autovista Group and GlobalData across our three main areas of expertise: — branding — internal & change communications — external communications Solving these problems usually requires a combination of the services and skills we provide, including positioning, naming, visual expression, guidelines, brand guardianship, advertising campaigns, websites, brochures, annual reports, marketing collateral, white papers, ebooks, infographics and consultancy. I set up Endeavour to be a little different to most design agencies. We only want to work with nice, smart people and we never pitch / get involved with procurement or complete RFPs (life's just too short). But we do engage at a far deeper level than most clients first expect from a design agency. We like to bring a bit more to the party than just being the colouring-in department. We'll look hard at the problem and desired outcomes, research the issue, understand the business case and only then start to look at how we can solve your problem. And we do that with a combination of consultancy, creativity, business insight and common sense.
