Had additional operational responsibility for the Western region including two of LogistiCare’s largest operations in AZ and CA – growing revenue in those operations from $80 million to over $225 million and managing over 900 employees. • Founding CEO of Damballa Inc. - the leading company in information security addressing the most critical security issue facing the IT industry at the time – Bots. Raised more than $20 million of institutional capital and built the venture capital backed company from research university concept into a proven, recurring revenue business with leading, multi-national corporate customers like Procter & Gamble, Intel, and Comcast. • Worked with Yahoo! executive leadership and founders to develop new, corporate wide strategic initiatives and partnerships to grow the core business. • Led early stage teams at Microsoft which created the foundation for a significant part of the Internet industry including service delivery and business models. Teams developed the initial digital delivery media services which is the basis for services like YouTube, the first products to enable the Internet (Internet Explorer) and, first marketing initiatives.
