Steve has joined the team at TimkenSteel to support their Dynamics 365 environment. Steve has been responsible for solution architecture of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 system (CRM), as it relates to the sales, marketing and service modules. Steve also is involved with the requirements discovery and design, configuration of the system, data migrations/imports, user training, custom report development and help-desk support tasks. He has obtained numerous Microsoft certifications as a Microsoft Certified Professional, Specialist and Technology Specialist. Steve has been involved with the Microsoft Dynamics system since (briefly) working with version 3.0. Prior to that, Steve has implemented and supported other software packages including Macola ERP, GoldMine, InterAction and ConnectWise.
