Summary
I'm one of those people who looks forward to the daily NYT crossword puzzle. There's something deeply satisfying about working through a complex challenge, connecting seemingly disparate pieces into a coherent whole. That mindset drives how I approach business transformation. For over 15 years, I’ve helped startups and enterprise organizations solve operational and financial challenges by creating systems, implementing technology, and building scalable infrastructure. Most recently, I’ve: • Advised a venture-backed AI startup entering the U.S. market, leading budgeting, infrastructure design, and investor readiness — including building a 40+ sheet financial model praised by the lead investor as “the most detailed venture-stage model [he’s] ever seen” • Served as Interim VP of Finance at a $500M AUM VC firm, where I implemented budgeting systems, led diligence, and reallocated $1.5M in expenses through improved fund cost recovery. I'm particularly drawn to roles where strategic finance, modeling, and operational design intersect. I'm always open to conversations with teams tackling interesting challenges — or just comparing notes.
