As a founder and director of Team Building Asia, Growth Academy Asia, and now Team Build Events, I’ve spent 20+ years helping companies across Asia connect teams, boost performance, and future-proof talent through experiential learning and training. Team Building Asia and Growth Academy Asia create tailored learning experiences while Team Build Events delivers impactful brand activations and large-scale experiences. Our work is rooted in a simple truth: when people work better together, organisations thrive. From high-energy team-building activities and CSR experiences to leadership training and digital learning, our solutions are designed to solve real business challenges: whether it’s low morale, siloed teams, poor communication, or lack of engagement in hybrid setups. My professional journey began in 1996 in Hong Kong’s hospitality industry, managing three of the city’s top restaurants. This experience built my foundation in people, performance, and service excellence. Over time, my passion for human interaction, leadership, and change inspired me to co-found Team Building Asia, Growth Academy Asia, and later Team Build Events. We’ve since worked with 1,000+ teams in Hong Kong, China, and across the region.
