Summary

Have you tried to meticulously roadmap a new product launch, push boundaries, achieve global transformative impact and thought: “We’re creating a new category - if only the team knew how to educate and sell at the same time” “How do we know when to do what, and in what order, to maximise our share of TAM?” “The grand vision needs to be translated into step-by-step operations, how can we balance revenue + morale + performance?” That’s where I come in. I get a group of disparate, disenchanted people moving in the same direction with energy and enthusiasm. I’M CALLED ON WHEN COMPANIES NEED: - Someone with a proven track record of scale-up $5-$50m turnarounds - An exec with equal parts strength and humility who gets the desired outcome using a consultative leadership style that corrals people around a common vision.. And, - Have tried translating the vision themselves but can’t seem to get the strategic and operational steps in the right order, cadence and priority I’ve set the stage for News Corp's digital transformation, launched the 2nd paywall in Australia (News Corp’s first); was the 1st person in APAC for the largest content delivery network in the world - Akamai, commanding 25% of the world’s traffic and achieved leader position in 8 markets in 8 years; achieved clear market leadership in JAPAC within 2 years at Krux and reinvigorated Google’s ad-tech strategy in JAPAC which saw $1m deals turn into $500m ones. My passion for economic development, internationalism and social understanding saw me establish AISEC, a voluntary UN-affiliated student body in 80 countries in China, and the China operations of The Economist, leading the first-ever conferences with State-owned enterprises to promote investment in the Chinese hinterland.
