Expert-level Qualitative & User Experience Researcher: REALeResearch assists businesses wishing to create an optimal consumer-experience through in-depth understanding of customers' (and potential customers') actions, motivations and perceptions - and ultimately increasing conversion. Expertise in all phases of creating a successful research program: From recommending the appropriate methodology, finding the right respondents/target audience, gathering insightful feedback and clearly communicating the research findings to business stake-holders.
