Have most of My professional time been engaged in medical devise and pharma companies such as Group Vice President Elekta, Vice president Pharmadule AB and President of public traded company MedCap AB. Have also served as Chairman of the Board of Olivia Group, Samtrans, Medlearn and numerous other companies in the healthcare sector. Was on The Board of Director when We took Sectra Public as well as PartnerTech and later MedCap were I was Chairman. Have been Chairman of traded/ stocklisted companies like Nexar Group , Dividend Sweden, Transfer Group Qbank and African Resources Has also for 8 years on the side server as Vice Mayor of Danderyd municipality with 30.000 people, just North of Stockholm. Specialties: Business development and Corporate Affairs including government liason! Extensive experience from working in developing countries. Now also assisting Swedish and international companies to go public in Sweden at Nasdaq First North, Nordic Growth Market ( NGM) and Spotlight market.
