Tom is a writer, photographer, leadership confidant, and dual citizen of the United States and Ireland. His Celtic heritage manifests in a deep love of nature, a gift for story, and his passion for the unseen dimensions of life, soul, and spirit. His focus today is on creative projects and leadership wisdom. For over 35 years, Tom worked globally as a a senior consultant and executive coach, helping leaders build the personal and collective capacity for transformation and purpose-driven performance in themselves and their teams. He is equally adept at exploring the inner dimensions of leadership, how to elevate team performance, and the broader systemic or strategic issues that confront organizations today. He has worked around the world with large and small companies, NGOs, and multi-stakeholder initiatives. Tom has always partnered with visionaries and pathfinders in the fields of consciousness research, culture change, leadership development, healing, and spirituality. Since 1981, he has held leadership and board positions with Oxford Leadership Academy, the Chaordic Alliance, the Berkana Institute, the World Cafe Community Foundation, and the Institute of Noetic Sciences. Tom and his wife are rewilding land in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains.
