I’m Thomas Power — known as The Networker, but remembered by many as The Bridge and The Rememberer. Over the past 40+ years, I’ve served on 18 boards, advised 1000+ founders, mentored figures like Jay Shetty, and co-created a business and a family with my wife Penny Power OBE. Together, we’ve raised three wonderful children — Hannah (personal branding), Ross (tech & product), and TJ (mental health & neuroscience) — who now co-lead the next generation of our work in community and consciousness. From launching Ecademy in 1998 (the world’s first business social network) to founding BIP100 in 2020, my mission has always been the same: Build networks that outlive me. Build safety where there was isolation. Build relevance where there was overwhelm. Build legacy through love, not hierarchy. Today, I advise boards in AI, bitcoin, community, education, digital identity, blockchain, and the future of work — bringing a relational mindset to strategic thinking. I help leadership teams see what’s coming, stay emotionally strong, and navigate disruption with empathy and optimism.
