Summary
Changing and renewing together — that has been the common thread throughout my career. People are at the heart of everything I do. Everyone brings unique talents and valuable knowledge. By combining these, a powerful whole emerges. Collaboration is the key to strategy, change, and impact. My approach starts with the question: “What if...?” With curious enthusiasm, I look beyond existing thought patterns. I combine a helicopter view with sharp observation and quick analysis. I naturally connect people, ideas, and systems. As a coaching leader, I guide HR and project teams, manage (international) programs, and work on future-proof organisations where people and strategy come together. Whether it concerns leadership development, talent management, or program management, I ensure structure, ownership, and sustainable results. My strength lies in building bridges — between people, departments, organisations, and sectors. I move fluidly between strategic thinking and hands-on execution, and speak the language of both executives and the workplace. Sustainability, education, and social transition are important drivers for me. I believe organisations can change through connection, collective wisdom, and the courage to see things differently. As a program manager, change agent, or facilitator, I am happy to contribute to this. Thanks to international experience, I work effectively in multicultural teams, with an eye for diversity and cultural nuances. Learning and renewal are my fuel. My workshops and trainings are dynamic, playful, and goal-oriented. I use creative methods and adapt flexibly to participants’ needs.
