Active in the tech venture and private equity community for 30+ years. I have made investments in 30+ companies and have been a board member and involved participant in the growth and eventual outcome of numerous successful software companies. Currently on the board of Aviatrix, Alarm.com (ALRM, Chairman), Vectra, Oversight Systems, Roofr, Passport, Benchsci and Perceptyx; board observer at OneTrust and represent or represented TCV in our investments in GitLab, Avalara (AVLR), Legit Security and Talend (TLND). Formerly on the board or involved with Certinia (fka FinancialForce, sold to Haveli Investments), Silver Peak (sold to HPE for $1B), Rapid7 (RPD), TOA Technologies (sold to Oracle), Splunk (IPO), SciQuest (IPO after take private), Focus (sold to Ziff Davis), ServiceMax (sold to GE for $1B), TrustID (sold to Neustar), Likewise Software (sold to EMC), Intruvert (sold to McAfee), Sabrix (sold to Thomson Reuters), Sygate (sold to Symantec), Cyclone Commerce (sold to Axway), Zefer (sold to NEC), Vista Information Services (sold to Avaya), Cardinal Logistics Management, Hummingbird Communications (IPO), JDA Software (IPO), Webhire (IPO), VTC (sold to Avaya), Trident Microsystems (sold to Illinois Toolworks).
