Summary
Comfortable with the ambiguities of real-world situations, I’ve got a talent for generating unique strategies, prioritizing opportunities, and dealing with the unknowns in complex problems. I thrive when quantifying an opportunity, delving deep in research and analysis, and prospecting for ways to enhance it. As an experiential and pragmatic leader, I create effective teams by developing shared values and goals, painting a clear vision and building processes and roles that play to an organization’s strengths. I seek out opportunities where I can “mentern”—that is, to contribute as a mentor and coach while fueling my curiosity and need for growth like an intern. In my over 25 years of professional life between Silicon Valley and Stockholm, Sweden, I've been fortunate to have played diverse roles at successful (and some not-so-successful) digital media and software companies. Each experience gave me opportunities to hone a deep set of skills: creating strategies and business plans, fundraising, building out services & products, evangelizing technologies/partnering and leading and coaching some fantastic cross-functional teams. To ensure I have missed anything along the way, I recently completed the year-long Executive Scholars CPO program at Kellogg School of Management. Below is an informal synopsis.
