Toby Redshaw is one of only a handful of leaders in the world who has led enterprise-wide digital/business transformations at scale for five global enterprises. Awarded NACD 100 award in 2023 for extensive work with hundreds of board members on AI, future tech and pragmatic strategy. He is a global business & tech transformation leader/board member focused on P&L impact, competitive positioning, and future-proofing. As an employee, board member, chairman/exec chairman and advisor Toby has been inside 40 start ups. He has invested in another 60. He is multi-lingual and multi-cultural, having worked and lived on four continents. Born and raised in Mexico City and proud to be a US citizen since 2014. Skilled at driving competitive advantage through innovative, real-world strategy and speed of execution in high growth, high service, and high technology environments. Deep expertise in modernizing tech/business and driving innovation across large-scale, complex, global environments. Toby’s business and operational expertise includes hands-on P&L, D&I, M&A, acquisition integration, multi-billion-dollar procurement, risk and regulatory, eCommerce / marketing leadership, and product development turnaround and leadership. He has decades of leading-edge innovation, start-up, and venture capital / Silicon Valley experience. He has held eight board seats. He has paid lecture deals (demystifying AI and Tech / pragmatic strategic implications) at the Booth School, Kellogg, and inside the MS in Innovation in Design program at the Naval Postgraduate School. Passionate about giving back, Toby was an advisor/board member to Abramar (http://www.abramarinc.com), the first B corp in Brazil and a social incubator firm. .For two years was the Exec Chairman of the wonderful and innovative cancer charity. He is currently a senior fellow at the Council on Competitiveness in DC and an advisory board member to the International Science Reserve in NYC, which won a Fast Company World Changing Idea award in 2023. Several years (part time) with Global Center for Security Research at Lawrence Livermore National Lab; on a team for Secretary of Defense.
