As Chief AI Officer at Probility AI & Budscout AI, I co-founded and chaired two innovative companies, where I demonstrated my ability to build and guide high-performing teams in developing AI solutions that address critical industry needs. As the Sr. Director of Global Strategy at Google I cultivated C-level relationships and drove AI and Cloud strategy adoption, showcasing skills in leading cross-functional teams to achieve strategic business goals. At Amazon, I played a pivotal role in establishing AWS's presence in Central US, scaling operations from 1 to over 1000 employees, and leading teams to develop AI solutions across multiple sectors. My tenure at Microsoft further underscored my ability to expand executive relationships and lead ad hoc teams globally, creating analytics offerings that leverage AI and Azure cloud technologies. My leadership approach is characterized by creating a strategic vision, inspiring collaboration, and committing to fostering innovation within diverse teams. Perhaps my proudest leadership achievement is being elected cohort leader in all three of my executive degrees at Kellogg (75 executives), Oxford (35), and at the London Business School (50). Representing these global executive leaders in this capacity has been a highlight of my leadership journey. Additionally, the LBS community elected me Student of the Year in 2025.
