Summary
Looking to transition from federal service downtown DC to part time work in the Manassas, Va. area. While at USDA's Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) I program managed their two week “New Supervisor Training Program” utilizing myself, internal subject matter experts and external contractors for delivery of sessions covering both technical and soft-skill topics. Also designed/developed/delivered face to face and webinar training sessions on subjects such as “Emotional Intelligence”, “Diversity”, “Time Management”, “Managing Project-Based Meetings”, “Critical Thinking” and “Multiple-Generations in the Workplace”. Other initiatives include researching vendors for an unfunded “Selection Assessment Center” to identify future District Managers capable of immediately stepping into open positions, standing up a Learning Management System, developing a “Supervisory Partnered Coaching” program and created a “Federal Employee Viewpoint Survey Program Guidebook” supporting personnel responsible for reporting survey results to their agencies. Couple this with intermittent interventions addressing team dysfunction, strategic planning, process improvement and coaching I offer both a depth and breadth of experience to help organizations, groups and individuals with their issues.
