I do everything possible to align my work to the pivotal moment in history we find ourselves in today. Some call it the Meta Crisis and others The Great Turning. Whatever the label, the future is going to be radically different from even recent history. We're living through a time where many ecological and human-created systems are in collapse, yet we have unprecedented opportunities to effect change that can create the kind of world I and perhaps you too want to bring about: With more love, peace, kindness, fun, and creativity. As for me, I have over 20 years of experience on the rollercoaster ride of being a founder. I've been involved in start-ups, growth, pivoting, turnarounds and closing things well when they're done. I now focus on research and support for other purpose-driven founders and my open source start-up, Maptio. Working with clients, my approach combines coaching, personal transformation, and practical support. I often start at times of change or challenge for founders.
