Summary

Experienced hands-on cross-functional leader with deep product development, technology, and operations experience. I have been instrumental in bringing companies and product lines from 0-1, 1-10, and beyond. I have extensive experience building and operating successful B2B and B2C marketplace talent platforms, progressing through roles from software engineer and project manager, to a product development and product operations leader, to general manager and head of operations for Topcoder. I combine a practical sense of technology, data insights, and operational efficiency together with real world customer experience, product experience, and business acumen to enable and bring new business models to market. Having innovated and built the core Topcoder platform with Topcoder's crowdsourcing model, I have extensive expertise in crowdsourcing and community/gig-based product development and innovation models. I now lead Topcoder with a focus on growth and evolution as well as strategic integration and collaboration with the Wipro (our parent company) executive team. I thrive when owning a P&L and love seeing the full picture, especially when that picture isn't quite complete yet.
