Twiter: @tswedlow or @tvotshow Facebook: tracyswedlow or tvoftomorrow Tracy Swedlow, is the CEO and founder of TMRW Corp., EIC of InteractiveTV Today, which she founded in early 1998, and the Executive Producer of The TV of Tomorrow Show conferences held in San Francisco and New York City. ITVT, the company's free email newsletter, is read by thousands of executives and individuals around the world interested in the future of multiplatform and interactive television. Prior to founding ITVT she was chief evangelist at eGroups.com (now Yahoo! Groups); new media editor at PC World; a producer for Telemorphix, a pioneering interactive TV company, a video producer at Steve Michelson Productions in San Francisco, and wrote articles on technology for "The New York Times," the "San Francisco Chronicle," and others, and created the TV and Broadband categories for the Webby Awards. Other experiences include voiceovers on feature films; participation in the Director/Playwright Workshop at Playwright's Horizons in New York City with founder, Bob Moss; participation on multimedia theater showcases directed by the "visionary" George Coates; conceiving, producing, and directing the first 3 interactive fashion shows on the Black Rock Desert in the early years of the Burning Man project, and directing an episode of "The Twilight Zone" called "The Obsolete Man." Ms. Swedlow's education includes a Ph.D fellowship in directing at UofC at Berkeley; a Masters degree in Dramatic Criticism from Northwestern University; a certificate in French and French Literature from the Université de Cannes; a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theater History from Tulane University; as well as studies in Drama at the Royal Holloway College at the University of London. Originally from Columbus, Ohio, Ms. Swedlow witnessed the birth of QUBE, the first commercially deployed ITV platform. She is also the proud creator of an art car.
