Multi-disciplinary professional with 30 years of experience in business and network consulting, data mining, business analytics, go-to-market strategy, sales operations and services sales. I am currently leading project teams on behalf of PSPC and the Parliament of Canada, in charge of technology design, procurement, implementation and commissioning for major renovations on the precinct. I have been responsible for creating and managing several successful sales and consulting teams which helped customers take advantage of new information and communications technologies and changing regulations. I have extensive experience building customer relationships and increasing sales with North American telecom service providers and the IT divisions of large corporations. I helped a F1000 company to make better decisions by combining the best available customer and channel data into data marts: identifying the most meaningful metrics and advising how to use them to change the business. I co-developed and guided the implementation of a new go to market strategy for a $1B business.
