Summary
I am a professional accountant with experience in financial management and taxation in a broad range of businesses having started work with Price Waterhouse & Co in 1978. Later joined Coopers & Lybrand in 1986 and moved in 1992 to Pan Ocean Oil Corp.(Nigeria), an NNPC joint venture oil & gas exploration & production company as the Chief Accountant and left in 2004 as the Finance & Tax Manager. I am a fellow and member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria(CITN) and the Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered). In addition to accountancy & taxation practise, I am also an IT enterpreneur presently an Executive Director at Hardware Depot Ventures an ICT solutions company started in 2006. Interested in Entrepreneurship and investment in innovative materials & services supply in Oil & Energy as well as Computer & IT.
