Summary
As the CEO and founder of BALSLEV, I help utilities and telecommunications operators digitize and optimize their workflows based on our domain knowledge and experience with IT architecture. With over 25 years of experience in the GIS and geospatial field, I have a passion for creating high-tech solutions that solve real problems for real customers. Some of the projects I have been leading or conducting at BALSLEV include data-driven analysis and decision support applications, complex geospatial data transformation tools, advanced geospatial modelling and analysis, and design of mobile/web geospatial applications. I use tools such as QGIS, PostgreSQL/PostGIS, Python, and R, as well as Smallworld GIS, which I have been working with since 1997. My goal is to support true digitization by bridging the gap between technology, business, and process.
