Experienced senior software executive with over 20 years of experience in Life Sciences, Banking, ERP and Financial Services across diverse geographies (USA, EMEA and AP). Previously serving as CEO of Halcom, a pioneer in Corporate digital banking and digital identity solutions in the Adriatic region, located in Slovenia (European Union). Led transition at Halcom from a family-owned business to become part of $3B Constellation Software group (TSE: CSU). Before returning to Slovenia, I spent 16 years in the USA. Most recently, I worked for Kofax, a leading provider of smart process applications for automating inbound information capture, responsible for launching financial processes automation suite in the EMEA market and managing customer base in the Eastern US and Canada. Kofax acquired 170 Systems, where I spent over 9 years in various roles in Sales and Professional services. Prior to 170 Systems, I worked at Oracle Corporation in their Consulting Services. I received PhD in Mechanical Engineering from MIT in 1999.
