Founder and CEO of Flikforge, an end-to-end data management platform for AI-powered video creation, with strong focus on data labeling, licensing, fine-tuning - and most importantly making the entire ecosystem legally trustworthy. Wrote 5 patents pending incorporating trust, provenance and licensing between owners of core data that trains LLMs and SLMs - and all derivative works such as fine-tuned models and Loras. A 20-year track record working with Big Tech and Media. Current and past customers: Adobe, Microsoft, Nvidia, Comcast, Google, Verizon, Lionsgate, Samsung, Disney, NFL, Amazon and Google. I apply a combination of solution architecture and finance expertise to building scalable, profitable venture-backed and public technology companies. Core to the approach is defining the 'whole solution' for the ideal customer, creating a buy vs. partner vs. build go-to-market plan, and then executing the product plan, funding, strategic partnerships and/or M&A needed to win. Previously led 50+ VC financings in largely pre-revenue companies where product-market fit was mission #1. Total of $400m raised. Exited at valuations of $15B in aggregate - 24 out of 25 exited, including 2 IPOs, 2 PE sales and 20 corporate M&A. Led strategy, execution and integration of buy-side M&A deals totaling $980m in revenue and $3.1B in transactions in the video tech sector. All of these deals were based on building out product portfolios and strategy/diligence often started with partnerships first. I now work with CEOs, CFOs and investors to accelerate growth in VC/PE-backed and public companies through innovation and M&A. As a Chief Strategy Officer and head of corporate development, I build extensive product portfolios and GTM motions using partnerships and M&A to grow profitability fast. I offer a rare combination of technical product, sales and finance experience that optimizes the growth and exit path for investor-backed companies. I've been a founder, CEO, CFO, VC investor, Board member, angel investor, and in-house head of strategy and corporate development in both VC-backed and public companies. I'm most active and have deep domain expertise in fintech and technologies serving creators and the media and entertainment industries.
