Successful track record in Semiconductor Industry as an individual contributor, corporate executive and entrepreneur. Good exposure to semiconductor eco-system including design services, IP, EDA, Fabs, Assembly & Testing ( OSAT ). After working for IDT and AMD, became an entrepreneur in 1998 by founding “Time To Market Inc” ( TTM Inc ) a semiconductor design services company, headquartered in Silicon Valley, with off-shore design center in Hyderabad, India. TTM setup India's first VLSI training center ( Physical Design ) in Hyderabad and trained hundreds of RTL Design/ Verification and Physical Design engineers over the years. TTM was acquired by Cyient in 2008 and continued to grow under Cyient umbrella and recently spun out as Cyient Semiconductor. Founded Gigacom Semiconductor, a mixed signal IP company focused on high speed serial interfaces in 2012 that became part of Moschip in 2018. Moschip made tremendous progress over the next five yeas, in terms of headcount, market presence, revenues and profitability. Under Venkata's leadership, Moschip became TSMC's DCA partner, qualified for ISM's DLI scheme and won the project for building India's next generation HPC processor for CDAC. Founded ASIP Technologies and joined as a CEO in 2023 to setup an OSAT facility ( Semiconductor Packaging and Testing ) in Hyderabad, India.
