My Culture principles: ‘Obsession over the customer and Frontline’ and ‘Think Big and Act Small’ Having a builder’s mindset and a passion for leadership excellence has made my career in Business Development and Alliances with expertise in ecosystems and structuring complex partnerships a well-defined success - be it building strategic partnerships with large companies like Google, SAP, VMware, HP or Dell or smaller companies to broaden the ecosystem to ease sales execution. Along that journey, my passion and customer-first approach with sales teams, understanding of technology trends matched an empathy with partners and customers has led me down the path of Customer Success. Again, a builder’s mindset tied to customer obsession enabled me to build a world-class customer success team and be the ‘tip of the spear’ for customers’ to drive adoption of newer parts of the portfolio, expansion of new workloads, escalations with a 24-hour turn-around, executive alignment and an overall ‘fast-pass’ for global sales teams. My leadership skills and customer empathy has since led me lead incubation projects based on what customer trends, lead business transformation practices and executive advisory boards, executive sponsor programs as well as be a highly sought-out executive sponsor, executive speaker at events and customer briefings globally. Along the way, my ‘rolodex’ of contacts and trust relationships with enterprises around the world has continued to expand.
