Have held numerous sales management positions over ht past 15 years. Currently VP of Sales at KnowNow, Inc., a Kleiner Perkins funded software manufacturer. Have successfully grown professional, quota producing sales teams in all aspects of the sales process, including: specialized training, product knowledge and sales execution. Have also successfully obtained and implemented CRM solutions, lead generation programs, sales analysis and conversion rate methodology. A large number of my sales team members have been promoted to sales management, or other company positions where they are enjoying a great deal of success. In the past year, I have worked on creating the “Bangalore Project” which consists of implementing a tele-sales organization in India, using ILPC technology and a team of India-based telesales reps to make initial calls into Fortune 1000 companies (at a drastic cost reduction to similar U.S. based efforts). Experience includes recruiting, training and success of a growing team of Bangalore reps for B to B high tech sales projects.
