I am focused on the intersection of social impact investing and real estate. I get especially excited about the opportunity to give families a second chance to keep their homes through loan modifications whenever possible. With millions of U.S. households facing the real possibility of losing their home, helping families regain financial stability is a cause I’m passionate about. Over the last 10 years I’ve managed a $50 million portfolio of non-performing mortgages across 18 states which directly helped 250+ families struggling through financial hardship. Additionally, I have experience in active and passive real estate investments across various asset classes, including single-family rentals, land contracts, multi-family, and mobile home parks. In each situation, my investment strategy was to both make a social impact and earn a strong financial return. Crowd Capital Fund aligns with my personal goals at scale.
