Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with leading enterprises to modernize operations, elevate customer experiences, and drive measurable transformation. After two decades leading consulting practices at firms like Trianz, PwC, and Quovera, I’ve had the privilege of working with some of the world’s top enterprises to modernize operations, improve sales and support functions, and build scalable digital ecosystems. Today, I lead the Strategic Consulting Practice at Employees 1st Ventures, where we’re building the next generation of intelligent enterprises—powered by our proprietary FutureFlow™ framework. Our mission is to help organizations scale with speed, trust, and coherence by designing systems that amplify both human potential and machine intelligence. My background spans digital strategy, enterprise architecture, and operational transformation, with a focus on sales, customer support, and go-to-market innovation. I believe in building with intention, collaborating with purpose, and delivering outcomes that matter. Outside of work, I’m an avid hiker and currently working toward a personal goal of completing the 211-mile John Muir Trail with my family.
