Summary
With over 20 years of experience in the financial and data industries, I've had the good fortune to be a part of many visionary, early-stage ventures and passionate teams. My focus throughout has been to identify ways data can be leveraged to help companies build better relationships with prospects and clients. As the head of Catchlight, a software and AI company that is within Fidelity Labs, I oversee the development and delivery of AI-powered insights and solutions that help financial advisors optimize their sales and marketing performance. Sales and marketing is challenging and time consuming, but with the help of AI, we already see that it can be easier and more productive. Prior to joining Catchlight, I served as the Vice President of Elektron Data Platform Transformation at Refinitiv, and its predecessor, Thomson Reuters, where our team led a multi-year initiative to reinvent the data quality, speed, and accessibility of decades of content, and in turn power new AI and analytic product offerings. In these roles, I applied my skills in new business development, product management, and strategy to foster innovation and meet performance objectives. I'm a big believer in the life lessons of sports, and in 2003, I co-founded the non-profit Good Sports. I served as founding board member and head of the business development committee for over ten years. Good Sports has supplied over $100 million in sports equipment to help over 10 million kids across the US "get in the game".
